This was my first visit to the office and the staff were all very friendly. Dr. Alston, DA Shawndra and Jackie took their time answering all my questions and walking me through my options. Dr.Alston took time to fit me into her schedule for some dental work and stayed after hours to be sure it was all completed. Jackie was so attentive during the whole process and took time to make me feel comfortable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and she was very informative and provided a great experience. The total time at the office was a bit extended but I didn’t mind staying because the staff worked with what my goals were and tried their best to do it all during that visit. I will be coming back for regular visits because of how great my first experience was. I would recommend to anyone who hasn’t found a dentist office they felt comfortable working with.

Always a great experience with Dr. Alston and her team, Jackie and Shawndra! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always answered any question I had and made sure I was comfortable during my all my appointments. I'm so happy with the work they've done! The front office staff is also very friendly and helpful when it came to any problems with insurance and payments. I definitely cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a new office, definitely dont hesitate to make an appointment here! They had every specialty I needed to see and it was nice not having to be referred out for everything like at my previous office.
